Can several people share one account?
An account holds several numbers and several eSIMs on a shared balance, which covers most small teams. For per-user management with separate rights, write to us describing the team size — that kind of need is what shapes what we build next.
Do we get an invoice our accountant can use?
Every operation is recorded with its date, amount, purpose and the rate applied where relevant, and the history exports. For specific invoicing needs — wording, frequency, entity — write to us.
Do we need an address in the number’s country?
It depends on the country. Many require nothing; some, France for instance, require a local address to be registered with the regulator. The app tells you before the purchase, not after.
Can we test before equipping the whole team?
That is the recommended way: one number and one eSIM cost a month’s worth. Nothing obliges you to continue.
