Account data: first and last name, email, phone, country, language, password (stored in a non-reversible hashed form).

Service usage data: the numbers you hold, metadata and content of SMS sent and received through our numbers, calls, balance movements and transactions.

Technical data: connection and error logs needed for security and correct operation.

To provide the service (assign a number, route your messages, charge your balance), handle billing and accounting, secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use the content of your messages for advertising and we do not sell it.

Our technical providers, strictly to run the service: telecom carrier (numbers and SMS routing), payment provider (collecting top-ups), transactional email provider, hosting provider.

Competent authorities where a legal obligation requires it.

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Billing data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.

Messages attached to a number are deleted together with the number when it is released, subject to legal retention obligations.

You can access your data, correct it from the "My account" page, request a copy, or request deletion of your account.

For any request, write to the address at the bottom of this page. Some data may have to be retained despite a deletion request (accounting obligations, fraud prevention).

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), administrative access is restricted by role, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited to counter brute-force attacks.

Our providers may be located outside your country of residence. We only use providers offering contractual confidentiality and security guarantees.
